Benefits Annual Enrollment for your 2027 benefits will be held November 4 – 18, 2026.

Your current benefit elections will automatically roll over into the new plan year. Healthcare spending accounts can help you save on eligible healthcare expenses by using tax-advantaged funds. Depending on the medical plan you choose, you may have access to a Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), or Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
Health Savings Account (HSA)
If you enroll in an eligible high-deductible health plan (HDHP), you can elect a HSA. An HSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualified healthcare expenses now or in the future.
HSA funds belong to you and can be used for eligible medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision expenses. Unused balances carry over from year to year and remain yours to keep, even if you leave AutoZone or retire.
Health Reimbursement Arrangement
If you enroll in an eligible PPO or Surest medical plan, you may have access to a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). HRAs are funded by AutoZone through the Wellness Program and can be used to help pay for eligible healthcare expenses.
Unlike an HSA, HRA funds remain tied to your AutoZone employment and medical plan eligibility.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
A Healthcare FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses. Depending on your medical plan, you may be eligible for either a General-Purpose Healthcare FSA or a Limited-Purpose Healthcare FSA.
FSAs can help you save on out-of-pocket healthcare costs, including eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses. Unlike an HSA, FSA funds are subject to annual plan rules and limits.
The AutoZone Wellness Program rewards you for taking steps to support your health and wellbeing. By completing eligible healthy activities and challenges through AutoZoners.com or the AutoZoners app, you can earn Wellness Rewards that help fund your Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), depending on the medical plan you choose.
AutoZoners and their covered spouses or domestic partners (California only) can each earn up to $500 in Wellness Rewards annually, for a total of up to $1,000 per household each year.
Key Features
- Earn rewards for completing eligible health and wellness activities
- Wellness Rewards can be used to help fund your HRA or HSA
- AutoZoners and covered spouses/domestic partners can each earn up to $500 annually
- Participate and track your progress through AutoZoners.com or the AutoZoners app
- Rewards are deposited to your HRA or HSA based on your enrolled medical plan
Important Dates
- Healthcare-related rewards are earned from January 1 through October 15
- All other wellness rewards are earned from January 1 through December 31
- Please allow 60 to 90 days for Wellness Rewards to be deposited to your HRA or HSA
