We are pleased to introduce a new Life with Long-Term Care Insurance option!
Life Insurance with Long Term Care Enrollment includes living benefits that provide financial support to cover the cost of long-term care such as nursing home care or assisted living facilities that you might need as a result of an accident, illness, or aging. Like life insurance, the program also protects your family with money that can be used any way they choose like your mortgage or rent, education for children, retirement, and final expenses. During this enrollment period only, enroll without answering medical questions!
We are thrilled to have new carriers for several of our benefits. Below you will see a call-out of "NEW Carrier" next to your benefits so that you can take the time to review these benefits and what these new carriers have to offer.
How to Enroll
Benefits are more important than ever and we encourage you to spend extra time evaluating your benefit options. As such, we have partnered with EOI Service Company so you can enroll with the guidance of a professional benefit counselor.
It is essential you speak with a benefit counselor to learn more about your benefit options. During your confidential appointment, the benefit counselor will:
- Answer your questions
- Provide detailed information
- Help you enroll in benefits

Even if you don’t wear glasses, regular visits to your eye doctor are important to your overall health. That’s because a routine eye exam can often detect early signs of serious health conditions like diabetes. A group vision plan makes it easier to get the care you need and lower your costs.

- Low VSP Choice Plan
- Frames every two years, less allowance dollars
Key Features
- Two plans with low to no copays for in-network services and materials, including contact lens fittings and evaluations
- The freedom to visit any licensed eye care professional or choose from thousands of participating ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians/optical retailers. Your out-of-pocket costs will usually be lower when you visit an in-network provider.
- Great savings in-network on the latest eyewear and brand name frames.
MetLife offers the Vision Health Library tool at www.visionhealthlibrary.com, which provides valuable information to better manage your vision health.
An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account that works with the HDHP medical plan. Use your HSA funds to pay for eligible healthcare expenses, including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision costs.
Why Consider an HSA?
- Contributions are made pre-tax, reducing your taxable income
- Unused funds roll over year after year
- Your account stays with you, even if you change jobs
- Save for future healthcare expenses, including retirement
- The Specialty Alliance covers account administrative fees
- Balances over $1,000 may be invested in available fund options
Triple Tax Advantage
An HSA offers three key tax benefits:
- Tax-free contributions
- Tax-free investment growth
- Tax-free withdrawals for eligible healthcare expenses
HSA Eligibility
You may be eligible to contribute to an HSA if you:
- Are enrolled in the HDHP
- Are not enrolled in Medicare or other disqualifying coverage
- Are not claimed as someone else's tax dependent
- Do not have a healthcare FSA
For complete eligibility requirements and a list of qualified expenses, visit irs.gov.
FSAs let you set aside pre-tax money from your paycheck to pay for eligible healthcare or dependent care expenses, helping you save on taxes.
We offer two FSA options:
Healthcare FSA
Use pre-tax dollars for eligible healthcare expenses, including:
- Medical, dental, and prescription copays
- Deductibles
- Eyeglasses and hearing aids
- Eligible over-the-counter medications
Key features:
- Contribute up to $3,500 in 2027
- Your full annual election is available on day one
- Roll over up to $680 of unused funds to the next plan year
Dependent Care FSA
Use pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying dependent care expenses, including:
- Childcare and daycare
- Preschool and nursery school
- Adult caregiving services
Key features:
- Contribute up to $7,500 per year ($3,750 if married and filing separately)
- Funds become available as they are contributed
- Reimburse yourself for eligible expenses throughout the year
Important: Use It or Lose It
Plan your contributions carefully. Unused dependent care FSA funds are forfeited at year-end, and healthcare FSA balances over the allowable rollover amount do not carry forward. Changes to your election are generally only allowed if you experience a qualifying life event.
